Katie offers an alternative approach to healing through Myofascial Release and Yoga. Letting go of the concept of ‘no pain, no gain’, she approaches her treatments with a sense of compassion and presence. Understanding that true healing is difficult and personal, Katie strives to build the relationship on trust and accountability. Along with in-person sessions, she offers at-home exercises so you can begin to learn how to treat the minor aches and pains that may come up between sessions. She wants you to feel empowered to take back control of you health and well-being.
