A 60-min class for anyone looking to destress.  We begin with gentle opening poses to calm the nervous system deactivating your ‘flight or fight’ stress response.  We move into foundational yoga poses and prop exercises to strengthen our body, so we don’t revert back to the holding patterns we just opened up.  We finish class with calming twists and forward folds to prep for The Ultimate Pose, Savasana.
