An all-levels flow-style 60-min class that continues to develop foundational poses while offering higher-level options for the more experienced practitioner.  This class incorporates breath-based movements with an underlying focus to alignment.  “The breath allows us to remain present during practice, proper alignment allows us to sustain a healthy practice for many years”.  Some yoga experience recommended as class will move at a continuous pace.
